Each mug is produced after you order. Delivery time therefore includes both production time and carrier transit time. The estimates below reflect the fulfillment ranges used by our print-on-demand production network and are estimates, not guarantees.
Most orders are prepared and shipped by the print provider within 2–7 business days after the order is submitted to production.
Production can take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, stock delays, quality-control reprints, or unusually large orders.
The shipping method available for a specific mug depends on the print provider, destination and carrier availability.
For a typical U.S. Standard shipment, plan for the production estimate plus the carrier estimate. Weekends, holidays and carrier delays can extend that window.
The most relevant shipping option and charge for your order are shown during checkout whenever live rates are available.
When tracking is available, it is provided after the order ships. Carrier scans can occasionally take time to update.
If an order appears materially delayed, contact us with your order information so we can review its production and shipment status.
